Many home sellers might wish to utilize the services of a full-service real estate agent on an ad hoc basis, without taking on the much larger commitment of a permanent broker (who ultimately will pocket a 3% commission on the final sale of the property.) MLS Now provides the ideal solution: professional real-estate agents can be “rented” on a daily basis for special events, such an open house, or an especially important showing. Again, the cost of this service to the seller is a flat-fee, pre-determined amount, rather than a percentage of the gross sales price. 

MLS Now agents can be retained for a low fee of $250.00 per ½ day, $400 per day, or $750 for two days.
